After your micro time, youâll cruise through 3 rounds of high-intensity goodness: 6 minutes each, made up of 6 sets (40 seconds on, 20 seconds off). Think heart-pumping, body-energizing movementâwith built-in rest. Want the smoke? Itâs all yours. Want to ease in? Thatâs cool too! -
