CANCELLATION + WAITLIST POLICY:

The late cancellation window is six (6) hours. Cancelling under six (6) hours in advance will result in a loss of the credit (class packs, drop-ins) OR a $15 charge to your account (monthly memberships, 2-week unlimited intro membership). No-shows will result in the loss of a credit AND a $20 charge to your account.

Members can be added to the class from the waitlist up to 30 minutes before class. If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please remove yourself, otherwise the late cancellation policy will be applied.

In the event of an extenuating circumstance, please remove yourself from the class and let us know at connect@studiotwitch.ca. Stuff happens, we get it.
