The assessment is a 1:1 session that evaluates movement patterns, strength, mobility, posture, and any injuries or limitations. It sets the foundation for your personalized training plan and ensures safe, effective progress.

Personal training sessions draw from multiple modalities to best support your goals. This may include Lagree, dumbbells, Pilates, mobility work, and functional strength training. Programming is customized based on your needs, experience, and how your body responds.
