Let’s kick things off with what we do.
We’re a microformer Lagree studio. Yep, that’s right—micro, not to be confused with the megaformer (our glam big sis). She’s fab, but the microformer is a little more down to earth (and a little less pricey), which means we can bring this spicy workout to more folks. Win-win.
At Studio Twitch, the micro takes center stage, but we love a good supporting act. We pair it with other fun stuff—think strength training, cardio, mobility, Pilates, and more. Basically, if it gets your body moving and your muscles shaking, we’re into it.
The workout itself? High intensity, low impact, and totally scaleable. Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a seasoned pro, the micro will meet you where you’re at… and then push you just a little further (with love, of course).
But here’s the real magic: the vibe. Studio Twitch is your space to sweat, show up as you are, and not take it all too seriously. We’re big on community, good tunes, inside jokes, questionable dance moves, and cheering each other on—even when your legs are noodles and your core is on fire. No egos, no weird gym energy. Just good humans, silly vibes, and solid workouts.
In short: it’s sweaty, it’s smart, it’s kinda addictive—and it’s a damn good time.

INCLUSIVITY
The fitness industry—as it exists now—leaves a lot of us out. We’re not about it.
The collective we have a lot of work to do, and we’re committed to this mission in everything we do. All bodies, all backgrounds, all levels—all in.
CONNECTEDNESS
We’re responsible for each other—for better or for worse, for sweat, shakes, and stillness. Whether it’s a nod before class or a laugh after, we’re in it together. Movement is more meaningful when we do it side by side.
PLAYFUL JOY (A.K.A. IT’S NOT THAT SERIOUS)
Finding the time, motivation, energy—or even the will—to work out? Not easy. We get it. That’s why we keep things light, fun, and low-pressure—because moving your body should feel good, not like a chore. Around here, joy shows up in mid-burn jokes, offbeat playlists, shared “WTF was that?” glances, and the simple act of showing up, however you are. We’ll work hard, but we’ll laugh (maybe cry) while doing it.
AUTHENTICITY
We’re not here to sell you a fantasy. We don’t care what you wear—although yes, you do look cute—or whether you’ve mastered the moves. Mastering them is cool (go you!), but that’s for you, not for us. We care that you showed up—and we’re genuinely glad you did. Nothing curated here, no fake hype—just real people, doing real work, in real time.
