In February 2025, we hosted a Lagree Certification, intentionally prioritized representation and equity — not to check a box, but to help flip the script.

Representation, inclusion, and access are not just buzz words here. They’re the mission and will one day be the standard.

This was one small but mighty step toward changing who gets to lead in these spaces—and, just as importantly, who feels welcome walking into them.

This certification wasn’t just about teaching moves on a microformer.
It was about building something bigger—together.
