The lowdown on everything Studio Twitch
aka FAQs 🤓
Getting Started👊
-
If you’re 18+ and your doc gives you the thumbs up to get moving, you’re golden.
-
Yep! You’ll need an account to book classes, buy memberships, and manage your schedule. It’s quick and painless, we promise.
-
Glad you asked. The app is pretty cool, if we do say so ourselves.
You can book classes with a few taps (so convenient), earn cool badges, set personal goals, and join our studio challenges — all in one place.
Highly recommend.
Highly recommend.
-
Just hop onto our website or booking app, log in to your account, pick your class, and boom — you're booked.
-
Not required, but highly recommended. Classes fill up fast and we'd hate for you to miss out on the fun.
👇Memberships & Booking 👇
-
You can buy a membership right through your account online or in the app. Super simple!
-
Memberships vary based on how many classes you get per month — choose from 8, 12, or go all-in with unlimited. We also offer class packs if you’re not ready to commit monthly.
-
Membership credits do not roll over — use ’em or lose ’em! It’s a great reason to keep moving with us regularly.
-
Yes — all class packs have an expiry date based on the number of classes included.
Make sure to use your classes before they expire!
-
We require one month’s notice to cancel a membership — it’s courteous, and it helps us plan our schedules and class capacities. Just shoot us an email to get the process started. No awkward conversations, we promise!
-
Yes! Life happens — we get it. You can pause your membership instead of cancelling if you just need a break. Just send us an email with your requested pause dates.
Just a heads up: pausing is different from cancelling — your membership will automatically resume after the pause period ends unless you request otherwise.
-
Yep! If you’re using a class pack, you can book a guest using one of your own credits — just book them in like you would for yourself.
If you’re on a membership, shoot us an email and we’ll help get your guest set up.
-
Community credits are only valid for our community class — these are donation-based classes where 100% of the proceeds go to local charities. Please note: community credits are non-refundable and can’t be used for regular classes.
Class Details 🤸
-
Yes — grip socks are required for all classes. Safety + hygiene = a win. Forgot yours? We’ve got some cute ones at the studio.
-
All of our classes are scalable, and our instructors have your back — no matter where you’re at.
That said, take a peek at our class styles to see what calls to you! -
Bring a water bottle, grip socks, and clean indoor workout shoes if your class calls for them. We’ll take care of the rest.
-
Try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can get settled and not feel rushed, especially if it's your first time.
-
You can bring it — but ahem, no texting, scrolling, or taking calls during class.
If you're expecting something urgent, just give your instructor a quick heads-up. We totally get it.
Studio Policies 📚
-
Our late cancellation window is 4 hours. If you cancel within 4 hours of class time, you’ll lose the class credit and be charged a $10 fee.
-
If you’re a no-show (don’t cancel and don’t attend), you’ll lose the credit and be charged a $15 fee.
-
And it will. Just cancel your class in the app and send us a quick email at connect@studiotwitch.ca. We’re human too.
-
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added up to 30 minutes before class.
If you no longer want the spot, please remove yourself from the waitlist — otherwise, if you’re added and don’t show, the same late cancel/no-show fees apply. -
The studio door locks 5 minutes after class starts for safety and flow. If you’re cutting it close, just shoot us an email so we can keep the door open for you!
Studio Amenities 🫡
-
Yep — two of them! Perfect for freshening up before you conquer the rest of your day.
-
No lockers, but our change room has plenty of space to stash your stuff. Plus, we lock the doors during class so your things stay safe and sound.
-
