Getting Started👊

  • If you’re 18+ and your doc gives you the thumbs up to get moving, you’re golden.

  • Yep! You’ll need an account to book classes, buy memberships, and manage your schedule. It’s quick and painless, we promise.

  • Glad you asked. The app is pretty cool, if we do say so ourselves so YES!

    You can book classes with a few taps (so convenient), earn cool badges, set personal goals, and join our studio challenges — all in one place.

  • The app is one your one stop shop — browse are schedule and reserve your spot. Done and done.

  • Not required, but highly recommended. Classes fill up fast and we'd hate for you to miss out on the fun.

Memberships & Bookings ✨

  • All memberships require a 3-month commitment.

  • Yes, you can cancel your membership provided you provide one month’s written notice. All notices can be emailed to connect@studiotwitch.ca

  • Yes, you can freeze your membership one time for up to 1 month per year with advance notice.

  • Yes! You can use a class credit to book for a buddy.

    All individuals with unlimited memberships also receive one guest pass per month.

Class Details 🤸

  • Yes — grip socks are required for all classes. Safety + hygiene = a win. Forgot yours? No problem, we’ve got some cute ones for purchase at the studio. Simply let the Front Desk know. They will provide you with a pair and it will be charged to your account.

  • All of our classes are scalable, and our instructors have your back — no matter where you’re at.
    That said, take a peek at our class styles to see what calls to you!

  • 💧 A water bottle (stay hydrated!)
    🧺 A small towel (wipe that sweat off!)
    🧦 Grip socks (they keep you safe and steady)

    No workout shoes needed — that’s what the grip socks are for. We’ll take care of the rest!

  • Try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can get settled and not feel rushed, especially if it's your first time.

  • You can check in at the Front Desk or through the Studio Twitch app!

  • You can bring it — but please, no texting, scrolling, or taking calls during class.
    If you're expecting something urgent, just give your instructor a quick heads-up. We totally get it.

Studio Policies 📚

  • Our late cancellation window is 6 hours. If you cancel within 6 hours of class time, you’ll lose the class credit and be charged a $15 fee.

  • If you’re a no-show (don’t cancel and don’t attend), you’ll lose the credit and be charged a $20 fee.

  • It happens! Just cancel your class in the app and send us a quick email at connect@studiotwitch.ca. We’re human too.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added up to 30 minutes before class.
    If you no longer want the spot, please remove yourself from the waitlist — otherwise, if you’re added and don’t show up, a no-show will apply.
    In efforts to help reduce your risk of missing a class you are waitlisted for, enable email/text notifications on your account.

  • The studio door locks 5 minutes after class starts for safety and flow. If you’re cutting it close, just shoot us an email to connect@studiotwitch.ca so we can keep the door open for you!

Studio Amenities 🫡

  • Yes, we have a shower on site.

  • Yes, we do have lockers available on site with locks for your use. While highly unlikely, Studio Twitch is not responsible should any of your items go missing. We have respectful members and we ensure our front door is locked when classes are in session for added security measures.

  • We do not have parking on site however there are plenty of free 3-hour parking spots on Seneca St., Hopewell Ave., Sunnyside Ave., and Roslyn Ave.
